How to submit a request
Email [email protected] with subject line "Privacy Rights Request" and:
- Your full name and email used at checkout;
- The right you wish to exercise;
- Enough detail for us to locate your records.
We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. For GDPR/UK GDPR requests, this is generally within one month, extendable to three months for complex requests.
Complaints to regulators
You may complain to the privacy regulator or consumer authority available in your location, where applicable. EU residents can find authorities via the EDPB member list. UK residents can contact the ICO. California residents may have rights under CCPA/CPRA.
International transfers
